When i tried to open rapidshare.com it always shows error. I tried disabling windows firewall and my antivirus , internet security softwares but even then not opening. but it opens in other computers. When i use rapidshare link checker program it shows socket error #11004. Kindly help me.

Check whether u have any problems with ur DNS / IP addresses. Does a ping to the rapidshare.com happen succesfully. Is the IP of the site able to be resolved with ur DNS. Are u behind a corporate firewall or Proxy server on an ISP who blocks this site. Do check with ur ISP and IT team for the same. check the link below for some troubleshooting tips..

Also try changing the browser to Firefox or opera. Do u get the same error.
