i just reset my laptop to factory settings. now i'm re installing all my spyware and antivirus back the problem is that i forgot the name of a clea up program. the icon is a hand with a cloth. if somebody knows the name please let me know . thank's for your help.

I'm not sure what that is, but you might try downloading hitmanpro from www.hitmanpro.nl it basically runs spybot, adaware, spyware doctor, spysweeper, 2 or 3 AV programs, Trend micro's antispyware, and a few others. It's a macro that runs specific settings. Just hit yes to all, it accepts all agreements, installs and runs scans. It also gives a neat little page showing what all it found at the end.
