My norton caught a trojan and couldn't clean the file, It was just an incomplete music file. At this point it quarentined it.
My norton expires in 9 days and i plan to use AVG or TrendMicro, Once it expires will it no longer quarentine the file? or should I just delete the file from quarentine??
Any other software recommendations?

I'd just delete the file; it doesn't sound like it's important. AVG is an excellent program, and I'm sure you'll be happy with it.
