Well my Explorer got hijacked and comp say i have a trojan but i think its adware?

well i asked this question before, but i didn't clarify, i have norton antivirus and webroot spyware and there scans came up nothing, a window pops up evrytime i change web pages saying i have a trojan and i need to download this software but it doesn't show me the software and i clicked ok and it only shut down my browser, i have used other online programs and nothing has come up, i hear it could be a hidden trojan, if it is how do i get rid of it
