My computer restarts frequently when I'm on Net!?

It all started when was downloading a pdf to ms word software when suddenly a virus or a spyware got in my computer and destroyed my drivers and some windows files (not quite sure!). I've done running my antivirus and antispyware and all of it(virus and/or spyware) were removed. I ran Windows Care 2, Spybot - Search and Destroy and Regmech, and it all says that my computer is all fine. I have Antivir antivirus but

still without any luck, my computer keeps on restarting. I have noticed that if I DISABLED my Network Connection, everything seems to be working fine. I have a Realtek onboard NIC.

My computer doesn't restart during the System Setup (Bios Setup) and during Safe Mode with Networking. BUT, recently there was this pop up message that comes up randomly during Safe Mode with Networking and it says Windows/System32/services.exe... system will shutdown and restart in 60 seconds... status code 203. I know it is a virus. I just typed shutdown -a to get rid of it.

You didn't mention Ad-aware. Run that thru as well. It gets rid of certain malware the others don't.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
Your pc is infected with a worm that shut down your connection . Go to start%26lt;%26lt; control panel%26lt;%26lt; administrative tools%26lt;%26lt; services%26lt;%26lt; look for a service called remote procdure call , double click on it , a window 'll open click on the tab recovery and select in the boxes of failures %26lt; don't take any action%26gt; the three boxes must be the same, then click ok. Reboot your pc , connect to enternet, go to Norton antivirus website, look for a tool that remove worms ,install it , and run this tool , the site will tell you what to do.

Sorry to tell you that sometimes not all files are fixed because this worm is very strong and locate itself in the battery and memory of computer, and it is so hard to get rid of it.

Personally , I formate my pc many times to get rid of its infections.
