Whenever I do a Google search it displays 10 results on the page, but only the very last 3 are actually the results I'm looking for. The first 7 don't even have anything to do with my search. For example, if I serach for "Myspace Graphics" the first 7 results are for Credit cards, Automobile Auctions, etc. %26 the last 3 results are for the different Myspace Sites. I have tried running all kinds of spyware, antivirus, adware - such as Spybot, Highjack This, Norton's Antivirus, Adaware, Advanced Windows Care, %26 lots of others. None of them helped. I have even run Registry Cleaning software %26 that too did not help. Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Which Google site are you using? Try one of the others and see if you get the same effect .co.uk or .com or .ca for instance. Is it only Google or any search engine?
You've emptied temp internet folder and deleted cookies I assume.
