Well last night I left my laptop on doing virus scan using Norton Antivirus and my dad was left in the living room alone going on his laptop then when he went to bed he checked on my computer and saw a message that I get ALL the time I leave my laptop for a long time without going on: It was StopSign and they told me I was infected my dad thought it was real so he downloaded the software and now I think I am keylogged I don't know what to do someone please help me.. I am using Norton to virus scan me laptop again but I feel this is not enough I don't even know how to delete the software I NEED URGANT HELP!

1 Turn off System Restore by going to my computer %26gt; properties - now open the System Restore Tab and tick the box. Click Apply, click ok
2 Download this - install in normal mode but run in Safe Mode by pressing F8 continually during the boot sequence.

depending on what computer system your using, you might have some luck trying the restore process and resetting it to a prior day it was running well
