How do i get rid of this virus??

help. i got a virus, and then removed it with spyware doctor. but Windows Antivirus keeps thinking there is still

a virus, and keeps opening internet windows with links to anitivurs software! It's like windows security center is the virus now!

Help, how do i make windows xp shut up and quit opening windows for me??

There are other programs like AdAdware or my favorite, AVG anti virus. that Can probably remove it too. Some Viruses are stubborn as all get out and you must do a complete format and reinstall of XP. Hope this helps, Dereck
If there is a Windoes Security Centre icon on your desktop then thats the virus and it wont go until you have completely cleaned out your computer.

First download Sybot Search and Destroy, update it but done run it.

Then download AVG Anti-Spyware and update it but dont run it

Then downlaod AVG Anti virus and again update it and dnt run it

Now restart your computer in safe mode and run these applications one by one....should be able to take out all the crap from your computer.
