How do i delete a prog' that doesnt appear on the add/remove list?

i'm tying to remove the norton software that comes with btyahoo online protection thingy but i cant find the norton firewall or antivirus on the add/remove prog' list. How do i get rid of them so i can run another security prog' instead?

It would be unusual, I think, for Norton not to appear in the Add/Remove list. Are you sure it's actually installed?

Go to C:/ Programs and see if there's a Norton folder. If so, open it and see if there's an un-installer.

Make a downloading of add/remove program to solve this problem.
go to add/remove progs - go to bt yahoo! application clik on it to see list of apps to delete

simple. oh this is in winxp.
seach for the files(should be in the programs folder or just use the search tool) and if you want you can delete the regsitry entries if you are feeling fancy(but be carefull if you do) or you can search for a removal tool

I've never used that, but it's probably a suite of tools listed under one title. Try looking to a listing under a Yahoo title.
