My computer cannot download any new program!! especialy program such s antivirus or antispyare?

each time i tried to download a new software,my computer will says adminstration rights.so how to remove it!! and ive tried looking at the cotrol panel,but ive found nothing?? PLEASE HELP!!

I think it is trying to say you don't have administrative rights, so therefore you cannot install software.

If you want to check for spyware you can do it online.

i think u r not an administrator in ur system.Have you made multiple logins like administrator and user?

Try logging from administrator it should reslove the issue.
I really need more information. Try looking at user accounts in the control panel and see if it says your account is designated a computer administrator. If not, that is where your problem lies. You will need an administrator account to change your account and to install many programs.

If your account is the only registered account, you will need to log into the default administrator account. It normally doesn't appear on the User Accounts screen.

The username is generally Administrator for this account. The password should be either empty, "admin", or "administrator".
