Active x problems?

alright, some pages on Internet Explorer dont come out right and the reason it gives me is that my active x something.... so i do what it tells me to do and same thing happens.

on mozilla firefox, the icons and everything appear but when i click on it, there is no effect.

a software (antivirus) that i bought (MacAfee) was installed some time ago, but now i cant even see the menu to scan or anything.

so i did a error scan on my computer and it turns out i have errors on my computer dealing with active x and other things.

what should i do? should i buy a regestry cleaner? try out a new patch for active x?

uninstall your antivirus, and replace it with NOD32 (at least thats what i recomend) then check your firewall settings to see that you have allowed active-x to be run on your system.
