Pretty much impossible. Apps make all sorts of changes to your registry and that can't be copied over. Ghost works well to duplicate your current PC to a different one, but unless the hardware on the new one is identical you'll have all sorts of issues to deal with on boot up of the new PC.

You HAVE to reinstall it. There is no way to just move it. If you paid for it you either had a disk, or you downloaded the installer. If you have the installers, burn them to a CD and put them on the new system. If you try anything like a backup and restore, you will mess up the drivers on the new system and have other problems the same as if you had moved the hard drive. Look around and you will see questions from people who tried this.

If you don't have the installers, you may be able to get them from the software company. Some of them let you download it again with your license key. They don't all do this and you will have to check with them. It is a REALLY good idea to keep any installers that you download so that you can reinstall the software later.
You can backup the old computer. and then restore to the new one.
you paid for the software you download the installer files of the software you send the installer software files over and then reinstall again
