Virus Currupts setups and exe files?

hey frends,

i have problem in my pc that in my pc a virus entered and it cant be found by any antivirus software, moreover it currupts exe files, setups, and installed programs also,

can anybody tell me what to do and how to remove this virus without formatting my pc ??
